Terms of Service

The service

Flowgraf turns descriptions of systems into editable architecture diagrams — in the browser and via a Model Context Protocol server for AI agents. It’s in early access and provided “as is”, without warranties. We’re actively improving it and features may change.

Your content

You own the diagrams and content you create. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, render, and (for link-shared diagrams) display them so we can provide the service. You’re responsible for what you create and for having the right to use it.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing;
• abuse it — automated flooding, evading rate limits, or attacking the infrastructure;
• attempt to break authentication, access others’ private diagrams, or resell the service.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Plans & limits

A free tier is available with usage limits (shown in-app). Paid plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. Anonymous diagrams are deleted after 7 days unless claimed by signing in.

AI-generated output

Diagram generation is powered by AI and can be imperfect. Review generated diagrams before relying on them; you’re responsible for how you use the output.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flowgraf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (which is zero on the free tier).
